I've been visiting a number of new cafes these days and trying out new food with a friend.
The best finds are always the inconspicuous ones, those hidden away in a corner of a secluded street. The rest are too overrated, or maybe, just not to my liking.
Visited Crazyworld Cafe (at 24 Temple Street) today and i think everyone should give them a try. They sport a stage for occasional live performances, plays chinese songs (which has this element of comfort to it), supports local talents by putting their products on sale and the bosses clear up corners in the shop to display information on how we can get involved in the local literary and arts scene. I really love this place a lot. The feeling this place gives, is not the homely vibe that Food For Thought exudes, but it has a very creative air to it. It is a very rich place because it houses a lot of potential.
They serve good food too in very big portions. Very delightful :D I was a little disappointed though, that i couldn't try their Bailey's Cheesecake today (because they ran out of it), so i'll pay them a visit again soon just for that (:
What's keeping you from visiting them?
